On-location property walkthrough — Polish narration, burned-in English subtitles

Overview

Property photography shows a listing; it doesn't show the place, the pitch, or the people behind it. This project covers the video work built to close that gap for Elysian Real Estates — on-location walkthroughs, drone footage, a motion-graphic investment ad, and a showcase of the website itself — with a stakeholder interview series still in the edit.

Challenge

Most buyers researching from abroad can't easily attend a viewing. A local buyer gets trust for free by being able to visit; a remote, international buyer needs video to do that job instead — and different properties and offers need different formats to do it well.

Audience

Prospective international buyers who want to see the properties, the offer, and the agency itself before travelling to view in person.

Objectives

  • Give remote buyers a stronger sense of place than photography alone, on location and from the air
  • Turn a specific development's pricing and positioning into a clear, branded investment ad
  • Demonstrate the redesigned website and its AI concierge concept without a written report
  • Produce a multi-part interview series that introduces the people at the agency

My responsibilities

  • Filmed and narrated an on-location property walkthrough in Polish, then edited it with burned-in English subtitles and a branded overlay
  • Built a motion-graphic investment ad from render imagery and pricing detail
  • Captured and edited coastal drone footage for listings marketing
  • Recorded and edited a showcase walkthrough of the website redesign and AI concierge concept
  • Planned, filmed and is editing a four-part interview series in Adobe Premiere Pro

Research & insight

  • Recognised that remote, international buyers can't attend viewings easily, so video has to stand in for the in-person trust a local buyer builds for free
  • Matched format to purpose rather than defaulting to one style — narrated walkthrough for a lived-in feel, motion graphics for a specific offer, drone for scale and setting

Strategy

  • Lead with captions on location footage, since sound is often off by default on social video
  • Use motion graphics, not just photography, when the message is a specific offer (price, deposit, availability)
  • Cut raw footage hard in the edit — the value is in what gets removed, not just what gets kept

Creative execution

  • On-location narration with burned-in captions and a branded logo overlay
  • Motion-graphic investment ad combining render imagery, pricing and a location callout
  • Drone footage of a coastal property site
  • Screen-recorded showcase of the website redesign, including its AI concierge concept
  • Four independently filmed interview sessions, in edit in Adobe Premiere Pro

Deliverables

  • Property walkthrough video — Polish narration, burned-in English subtitles
  • Motion-graphic investment ad
  • Drone footage cut for listings marketing
  • Website and AI concierge showcase edit
  • Four-part interview series (in edit)

Results

  • Delivered a Polish-narrated property walkthrough subtitled in English, a motion-graphic investment ad, drone footage and a website showcase edit
  • Filmed four interview sessions, currently in edit in Adobe Premiere Pro

Lessons learned

  • Captions aren't optional for property video. Most social viewing happens sound-off, and this walkthrough is narrated in Polish for a buyer base that reads English, Greek and Bulgarian — burned-in subtitles are what make one shoot serve every market
  • A specific offer (price, deposit, availability) communicates faster as a motion graphic than as narrated video
  • Raw interview footage needs a firm edit — the value is in what gets cut, not just what gets kept
