Welcome to the Elysian channel. We're at another one of the properties. We have 11 detached houses here, which were started in September 2025. The foundations have been poured. It's mid-January now. We're just past mid-January, and this is the state you can see here. That's the stage these houses are at. More than half of this development is almost at structural shell stage. Right now some of them already have the electrics and plumbing going in. The project is due to be finished before the end of the year. So these houses will be ready before year end. Most of them are already sold. As things stand, I know for certain two are still available on this development. If anyone were interested in buying or financing these properties, we're able to help with the whole procedure. We stay on top of it. And we'll keep monitoring everything as it goes. We'll come out here as the work progresses — how the whole process of fitting windows, doors and insulation looks. We'll monitor it all as it happens and send it over if anyone's interested. Witam na kanale Elysian. Znajdujemy się na kolejnej z nieruchomości. Mamy tutaj 11 wolno stojących domów, które zostały rozpoczęte w 25 roku we wrześniu. Zostały wylane fundamenty. Teraz mamy połowę stycznia. Już jesteśmy za połową stycznia i mamy taki stan, jaki tutaj widzimy. Na takim etapie są właśnie te domy. Większa połowa z tego osiedla już jest prawie że w stanie surowym. W tej chwili już niektórych jest elektryka kładziona i hydraulika. Projekt ma być zakończony przed końcem roku. Także przed końcem roku te domy już będą gotowe. Większość z nich już jest sprzedana. Na ten moment wiem, że na pewno dwa jeszcze są na tym osiedlu do sprzedania. Jeżeli ktoś by był zainteresowany zakupem, finansowaniem tych nieruchomości, jaką całą procedurą jesteśmy w stanie w tym pomóc, jesteśmy na bieżąco. Też również będziemy monitorować na bieżąco. Będziemy tutaj przyjeżdżać jak prace się posuwają, jak wygląda cały proces montażu okien, drzwi, izolacji. Także wszystko będziemy na bieżąco tutaj monitorować i wysyłać, jeżeli ktoś jest zainteresowany. Zapraszam do współpracy. Elysian.
