Questions I get asked
The same answers the assistant gives, written down so you don't have to ask. Every price is a starting point for a quote, not a ceiling.
- How much does a website cost?
- A website starts at €600 for the build and deployment. Adding an AI concierge or chat assistant starts at €950, plus €80–150 a month for maintenance; AI usage and subscriptions are billed to you directly rather than marked up. If you already have a site on WordPress, Wix or anything else, adding an AI assistant to it starts at €600 as a one-off.
- How much is social media management?
- Essential is €400+ a month and covers a minimum of 30 posts across one or two platforms, with scheduling and publishing handled. Full service is €550–900 a month and adds reels, stories, community management, paid social and monthly reporting.
- Do you do everything together, or only separate services?
- Both. The Complete package bundles it: €1,800+ one-off to launch (a Content Day with drone footage, AI clone and voice setup, a hero video and the full asset library), then €1,200–1,800 a month ongoing for full social management, Google Business Profile, ads management, a quarterly Content Day and AI clone videos. Bought separately the same scope is €2,400+.
- Why is every price shown with a plus or a range?
- Because scope varies and a fixed number would be a guess. The figures are starting points for a quote, not ceilings. Tell me what you actually need and you get a real number rather than a bracket.
- Which languages do you work in?
- English, Greek, Bulgarian and Polish. That matters on the northern Greek coast, where buyers and sellers rarely share one language — video work is shot once and subtitled so a single production serves every market.
- Do you film yourself, or subcontract it?
- I film, edit and deliver it myself, including licensed drone work. Editing is done in Adobe Premiere Pro. The video portfolio on this site is my own footage and my own cuts.
- Where do you work?
- I'm based in Karyani in northern Greece and work across Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus. Filming needs me on location; strategy, web and social work happens remotely.
- What happens after I get in touch?
- You describe what you're trying to achieve, I tell you what I'd actually do and what it costs, and you decide. No retainer is required to get a quote and there's nothing to sign before you know the number.
