Privacy notice

This is a personal portfolio site. It collects as little as possible. This notice sets out exactly what that is, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It is run by Oliver Marek Rorzkowski, trading as Delta Marketing, based in Karyani, Greece.

Getting in touch

If you use the enquiry form, your name, contact details and message are emailed to me so I can reply. They are not stored in a database, not added to any mailing list, and never sold or shared for marketing. Emailing or calling directly does the same thing with the same handling.

The pricing assistant

The chat widget is an AI assistant that answers questions about pricing. What you type into it is sent to Anthropic, which runs the model, and is processed on servers outside the EU. Anthropic acts as a processor on my behalf; they do not use these conversations to train their models.

When a conversation suggests a genuine enquiry, a summary of it — including anything you typed — is emailed to me so I can follow up. Please do not put sensitive personal information into the chat. If you would rather not use it, email or call instead; you will reach me either way.

Embedded video

Interview videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded here. Their preview images are served from this site, not from Google, so nothing reaches YouTube while you are simply browsing. Only when you press play does the player load — at that point YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's privacy policy. The embeds use YouTube's no-cookie domain, which limits but does not eliminate this.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. They are cookie-free and do not track individuals across websites.

Storage on your device

Two things are stored in your browser, both on your device and neither sent anywhere:

  • Your language choice, in local storage, so the site remembers it next time.
  • Your conversation with the pricing assistant, in session storage, so a page reload doesn't lose it. This is cleared when you close the tab.

Clearing your browser data removes both. This is separate from the assistant's replies themselves, which are generated by Anthropic as described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email me and I will action it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
