Accessibility statement

This website targets WCAG 2.2 AA. It has not been independently audited, so this is a statement of what has been built and tested, not a certification.

What is in place

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading order and a skip link to the main content.
  • Visible keyboard focus states, and every control reachable by keyboard.
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every animation is behind prefers-reduced-motion, including the moving hero, the scrolling work carousel and the slider controls.
  • The pricing assistant announces replies to screen readers, and keeps keyboard focus inside itself while open.
  • No video autoplays with sound, and none plays until you press play.
  • Text resizes and reflows down to a 320 px viewport without horizontal scrolling.
  • The site still works with JavaScript disabled, though the animations and the assistant do not.

Known limitations

  • Most videos have no audio track at all. They are labelled “No audio”, and where meaning is carried by on-screen text, the caption underneath repeats it.
  • The on-location property walkthrough is narrated in Polish. It has burned-in English subtitles, selectable Polish and English tracks, and a full transcript on the page. The English is a translation rather than a transcript and has not been checked by a native speaker.
  • The interview series plays in YouTube's own player, whose accessibility I do not control.
  • The Greek and Bulgarian translations are machine-assisted and awaiting review by native speakers.
  • The case studies are published in English only.
